FLOYD’S 1921
Join Tom and me at Floyd’s 1921 Restaurant in Morehead City to learn some of the secrets of Carteret County’s thriving business scene. Tom picked Floyd’s for its warm ambiance and delicious menu, specifically the redneck eggrolls, crisp, savory bundles of BBQ that were featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives in Episode 36 “Rolled and Holed.” I indulged in the Champagne mule, served with fresh mint and a fat blackberry. It was the perfect setting for a lively conversation about cooperation, creativity, and leaving things better than you found them.
