This summer, EPIC Carteret teams up with Narrative Arts of Wilmington, the Morehead City Library, and a host of community partners to create Coastal Connections, a youth-led storytelling initiative exploring the role of “third places” in Carteret County — places like parks, barber shops, cafés, and libraries — that play an important role in building community and preventing loneliness.
